Not only did she have to deal with multiple family members selling 1 house but stepped up to the plate to make sure everything was done correctly on the buyers side as their agent seemed to have little or no experience. Amanda was there for us before ever getting a signed contract to assist us in what renovations should be done in order to sell the house and not price it outside of the current market. There was not a time that she did not respond immediately to any questions or concerns we had or to explain anything we didn't fully understand.
