Not that I’m counting but there’s only 33 days until school is out for the summer! “WAHOO!!” screams my son and throws his papers up in the air… Leaving the room for me to clean up. While many love the lazy days of summer this mom boss likes to work. No, scratch that I love working! It’s taken us a few years but we’ve found a happy mix of summer camp for my son and mom/son bonding time is the key to keeping the Summer from feeling too hot under the collar for both of us!
For buying and selling a home, summertime is one of the busiest in Palm Harbor. With so many families moving to town (and trying to buy in certain school zones) the market typically stays strong through August…even if rates continue to rise!
